At Johnstone IDA Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
